This classic German beer is made to ensure that anyone who imbibes it will have a good day. Malt flavor gives way to a crisp, clean noble hop finish. This is the perfect beer to quench the thirst after a long, hot day in the brewhouse. Prost!
When we first opened 6 short months ago, it was amid the most exciting time in Chicago Cubs history. After a very long wait, the curse of the goat unraveled and was eventually destroyed. To commemorate our opening and the new Cubs season upon us, we created a 7.5% Maibock, a hopped German lager, named Goat Destroyer. Ding dong, the goat is dead.

American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.7% | IBU: 37 | SRM: 7
This American Pale Ale was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Maplewood Brewery & Distillery. Brewed with copious amounts of 2-Row, the light malt bill makes way for the slight bitterness and big aroma of the hops. And in keeping with their obsession with pants, we named this after our favorite leg apparel from the 80’s. Can’t touch this.
Grains: 2-Row, White Wheat, Munich, Caramel Hops: Warrior, Simcoe
India Pale Ale
ABV: 7% | IBU: 58 | SRM: 10
A simple grain bill gives way to the intense amount of late addition Mosaic hops making for a beer with balanced bitterness and an all-encompassing aroma of grapefruit, lychee and mango.
Grains: Maris Otter, Caramel Vienna Hops: Centennial, Citra, Mosaic
Double India Pale Ale
ABV: 8% | IBU: 80 | SRM: 10
The New England IPA style of hazy beers has spread across the US and overseas as brewers everywhere are doing away with their clarifying agents. These purposely cloudy brews create a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a lower perceived hop bitterness than a typical West Coast style IPA. We jumped on the bandwagon with Trendi, an 8% hazy DIPA with notes of peach, citrus peel and lychee.
Grains: Maris Otter, Caravienne, Oats, Wheat Hops: Citra, Mosaic
ABV: 7% | IBU: 20 | SRM: 17
The original Rat Pack was certainly known for their artistry and skill, but they were also known to have a drink now and then. We designed a beer that would fit with their cocktail drinking lifestyle: The maltiness of a Belgian dubbel is paired with orange peel, cherry and bourbon soaked oak chips for a drink that is sure to please your want for both a cocktail and a beer. Enjoy with a side of whiskey, neat.
Grains: Belgian Pils, Munich, Caramel, Wheat Hops: East Kent Goldings, Hallertau Mittelfruher
Belgian Dark Ale
ABV: 10% | IBU: 21 | SRM: 34
Our Chef smoked Persimmon fruit creating a honeyed bacon flavor that seemed like the perfect fit for a dark Belgian Ale. We created a grain bill that gives this beer a rich, malty flavor and complements the smoked fruit. Perfect for any beer loving fitness guru.
Grains: 2-Row, Victory, Caramel, Chocolate, Rye Hops: East Kent Goldings
Imperial Milk Stout
ABV: 10% | IBU: 18 | SRM: 42
Our head brewer has embraced the ingredients of a classic cookie recipe and delivered it in an Imperial Milk Stout. The malt bill is reminiscent of the flavors of brown sugar and chocolate while lactose, coconut, cocoa nibs, and vanilla finish the recipe.
Grains: Maris Otter, Caramel, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Hops: East Kent Goldings
