Our seasonal Maibock is brewed with 100% German malts for a sturdy malt backbone and hopped with EKG and a touch of Simcoe. First brewed in early 2017 to commemorate the Cubs World Series championship and ending of the Billy Goat Curse.

Nitro Milk Stout

This collab brew with Cruz Blanca Brewery is a Nitro Milk Stout brewed with Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, and Guatemalan coffee from Backlot Coffee. Served on nitro for a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
