We brewed this dry Brut Pale Ale with our friends from right down Montrose Ave., Omega Yeast Labs. This drinkable SMaSH (single malt, single hop) is brewed with Maris Otter for a nice malty backbone and loaded up with Triple Pearl hops for lemony, herbaceous qualities.

A white milk stout inspired by a dessert from the famed Mugaritz restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain. A malty backbone flavored with cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla, almonds* and lactose for a silky, sweet brew that tastes like a dark stout but looks like a pale ale. $1 of every 10oz pour is donated to The Trotter Project, a great organization that educates and mentors aspiring individuals pursuing the culinary and hospitality industry. A smooth, dark German lager brewed with large amounts of Munich malts for a full-bodied and malty backbone. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Triple Pearl to balance out the sweetness for a nice, Winter crusher.

This year we loaded up Krampus Cookies with Single Estate cocoa nibs and AAA Tahitian vanilla beans. We then recirculated this brew thru the nibs and ‘nilla until it was oozing with chocolatey and vanilla goodness.
