ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 23 | SRM: 4

This classic German beer is made to ensure that anyone who imbibes it will have a good day. Malt flavor gives way to a crisp, clean noble hop finish. This is the perfect beer to quench the thirst after a long, hot day in the brewhouse. Prost!

Jacked!
NEIPA

ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 22 | SRM: 5

This NEIPA is a collaboration with our friends at Alarmist Brewing. Brewed with Azacca and Motueka hops, tropical yeast, a kiss of lactose, and topped off with fresh jack fruit for a tropical, low bitterness IPA.


Grains: 2-Row, Maris Otter, Red Wheat
Hops: Azacca, Motueka

Trendi the Ocho
NEIPA

ABV: 7.5% | IBU: 19 | SRM: 7

For this 8th version of our NEIPA, we invited Amarillo to the hop party. Amarillo brings hints of apricot and grapefruit for additional juicy citrus flavor and aroma. With a ton of late addition hopping, you get a flavorful IPA with minimal bitterness.


Grains: Maris Otter, Red Wheat, Golden Naked Oats
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo

Scentinel
India Pale Ale

ABV: 7% | IBU: 58 | SRM: 10

A simple grain bill gives way to the intense amount of late addition Mosaic hops making for a beer with balanced bitterness and an all-encompassing aroma of grapefruit, lychee and mango.


Grains: Maris Otter, Caramel Vienna
Hops: Centennial, Citra, Mosaic

Vegan Lumberjack
Brown Ale

ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 23 | SRM: 25

A rich Brown Ale infused with a touch of Lapsang Souchong (a Chinese smoked tea) for a hint of smokiness and Candy Cap mushrooms that bring accents of maple syrup.


Grains: Maris Otter, Caramel, Munich, Biscuit, Chocolate
Hops: East Kent Goldings

Champurrado Krampus
Milk Stout

ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 19 | SRM: 47

For the last Krampus Cookies iteration of the season, we have drawn some inspiration from Mexican hot chocolate, otherwise known as “Champurrado.” We infused Krampus with single estate cocoa nibs, Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian vanilla beans, and Ancho and Guajillo chiles. The result is a robust chocolate and cinnamon experience with a finish of the dried fruit characteristics of the chiles and a tickle of heat.


Grains: Maris Otter, Caramel, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate
Hops: East Kent Goldings
