Wheat Pale Ale

A few women of OIB got together and brewed up this beer for Women’s Appreciation Month. This Wheat Pale Ale is hopped with the “Pink Boots” hop blend (Citra, Mosaic, Loral, Palisade), dry hopped with Lemondrop, and amp’d up with a heavy dose of Egyptian Lemon Peel.
A DDHDIPA brewed with Galaxy and Motueka hops. All Southern Hemisphere hops, a yeast blend that exudes tropical fruit characteristics, and tangerine juice makes for a juicy, smooth brew perfect for warp speed.

Beezer (formerly Trendi)
ABV: 6.9% | IBU: 45 | SRM: 6
A DDHIPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic for flavors/aromas of tangerine, papaya and grapefruit. With a soft mouthfeel and minimal bitterness, you can hang with Beezer all night.

Our seasonal Maibock is brewed with a variety of German malts for a sturdy malt backbone and hopped with EKG and a touch of Simcoe. First brewed in early 2017 to commemorate the Cubs World Series championship and ending of the Billy Goat Curse.

An IPA brewed with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra. A simple, malty backbone combined with mostly late additions hops makes for balanced brew with tons of grapefruit, lychee and mango flavor and aroma.

A German style brown ale with the same hops and yeast as our Kölsch, but with caramel malts. The caramel characteristics give way to a slightly heavier hop presence for a smooth, easy drinking Altbier.

This collab brew with Cruz Blanca Brewery is a Nitro Milk Stout brewed with Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, and Guatemalan coffee from Backlot Coffee. Served on nitro for a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and pronounced chocolate, coconut, and roasted coffee flavors and aromas.
