Brutale SMaSH
Brut Pale Ale
ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 34 | SRM: 5

We brewed this dry Brut Pale Ale with our friends from right down Montrose Ave., Omega Yeast Labs. This drinkable SMaSH (single malt, single hop) is brewed with Maris Otter for a nice malty backbone and loaded up with Triple Pearl hops for lemony, herbaceous qualities.

A DDH IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic for flavors and aromas of tangerine, papaya and grapefruit.

Double DDH IPA
ABV: 8.6% | IBU: 85 | SRM: 8

A Double DDH IPA brewed with pilsner and wheat for a soft mouthfeel and hopped with Columbus, Citra, and Motueka for bursts of tropical fruit, citrus, and a balancing bitterness.

Interpretation of Vanity
White Milk Stout
ABV: 10% | IBU: 10 | SRM: 11

A white milk stout inspired by a dessert from the famed Mugaritz restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain. A malty backbone flavored with cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla, almonds* and lactose for a silky, sweet brew that tastes like a dark stout but looks like a pale ale. $1 of every 10oz pour is donated to The Trotter Project, a great organization that educates and mentors aspiring individuals pursuing the culinary and hospitality industry. Barrel-Aged Rat Pack Quad
Barrel-Aged Belgian Quad
ABV: 11% | IBU: 19 | SRM: 17

A Belgian quadruple ale aged with cherries and orange peel and barrel-aged for 8 months in Buffalo Trace Rye bourbon barrels.


Grains: Pilsner, Wheat, Munich, Caramel

Slam Dunkel
Munich Dunkel Lager
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 21 | SRM: 20

A smooth, dark German lager brewed with large amounts of Munich malts for a full-bodied and malty backbone. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Triple Pearl to balance out the sweetness for a nice, Winter crusher.

Precinct
Milk Stout
ABV: 7% | IBU: 23 | SRM: 35

A milk stout made with Sparrow Coffee, Saigon Cinnamon, Tahitian Vanilla, chocolate malts, and lactose for flavors of coffee and doughnuts.


Grains: Maris Otter, Oats, Chocolate, Dark Crystal, Carafa Special, Dark Chocolate
Hops: East Kent Goldings

Krampus Cookies
Milk Stout
ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 16 | SRM: 37

This year we loaded up Krampus Cookies with Single Estate cocoa nibs and AAA Tahitian vanilla beans. We then recirculated this brew thru the nibs and ‘nilla until it was oozing with chocolatey and vanilla goodness.
