DDH Berliner Weisse with Strawberry
ABV: 4.6% | IBU: 6 | SRM: 3

DDH Brut Berliner Weisse loaded with a massive amount of fresh strawberries and hopped with Belma and Hallertau Blanc.


Grains: German Pilsner, Wheat

Della
Kölsch
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 23 | SRM: 3

Our Kölsch-Style Ale is brewed with 100% German malts and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Hallertau Blanc for a crisp, clean hop finish. A perfect beer after a long, hot day in the brewhouse. Prost.

Crowley SMaSH
Pale Ale
ABV: 6% | IBU: 30 | SRM: 3

This SMaSH (single malt, single hop) Pale Ale was brewed for the 11th Annual Oak Park Micro Brew Review. Brewed with Canadian 2-Row and Amarillo with a tropical kiss from our in-house yeast blend.

Beezer
DDH IPA
ABV: 6.9% | IBU: 45 | SRM: 6

A DDH IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic for flavors/aromas of tangerine, papaya and grapefruit.


Grains: 2-Row, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, Golden Naked Oats, Honey Malt

Milkshake Headache
Double IPA with Mango & Vanilla
ABV: 8% | IBU: 37 | SRM: 6

A Double “milkshake-style” IPA made with fresh mango, vanilla bean, and lactose and hopped with Belma and Mosaic.


Grains: 2-Row, Maris Otter, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, Honey Malt

Secular Haze
DDH IPA
ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 24 | SRM: 7

A DDH IPA hopped with Citra, Motueka, and El Dorado for flavors/aromas of passion fruit and pear.

Scentinel
IPA
ABV: 7% | IBU: 58 | SRM: 8

An IPA brewed with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra. A simple, malty backbone combined with mostly late additions hops makes for balanced brew with tons of grapefruit, lychee and mango flavor and aroma.

Being Ernest
Belgian Tripel
ABV: 10% | IBU: 29 | SRM: 9

A Hemingway Daquiri-inspired Tripel collab with the great minds of Forbidden Root, Marz Community Brewing, Maplewood Brewery & Distillery, & Off Color Brewing. Brewed with Mosaic and Amarillo hops, Morello cherries, and limes.

Cinnamon Prost Crunch
White Milk Stout
ABV: 7% | IBU: 10 | SRM: 10

Inspired by horchata and that last drink of cereal milk, this decadently sweet “white stout”, made with Saigon cinnamon and Tahitian vanilla bean, is sure to take you back to simpler times when bills didn’t exist and Saturday morning cartoons were the most important part of the week.

Rat Pack
Belgian Dubbel
ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 18 | SRM: 17

A beer inspired by a favorite cocktail of the original Rat Pack, the Old Fashioned. The maltiness of a Belgian Dubbel brewed with orange peel, cherry, and bourbon soaked oak chips makes for a flavorful, unique brew.


Grains: Belgian Pilsner, Wheat, Munich, Caramel
Hops: East Kent Goldings, Hallertau Mittelfrüh
